About Us

After having lived in the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, and having travelled all around Europe, Southeast Asia, and South America, we began the search for a special place, timelessly beautiful and away from big-city commotion and contamination.

It was in this search that we arrived in Aysen and instantly felt a connection. This was the place we had been looking for and our search was over.

Patagonia is one of few places left in the world that has contamination-free, rivers and lakes with pure freshwater water. Due to limited access it has very little human intervention and continues to be a unique natural reserve.

Unfortunately, with the region’s plethora of natural resources, it is and always has been threatened by large mining and energy projects that pose a threat to the larger ecosystem.

Climate change is one of the largest challenges of our time, and according to various studies, we already see the effects in the decrease of rainfall, glacier retreat, and decrease in river flow, increase in the sea level, and changes in vegetation and fauna, among others.

Because of this, we wanted to do what we can to help generate clean energy, and maintain Patagonia’s natural beauty so that new generations will have the privilege of experiencing it in all its greatness.
